（中央社記者游凱翔台北24日電）媒體報導，台北市長室專員邱昱凱疑請兵役局幫選戰義工「喬」替代役，但兵役局誤傳LINE群組，顯示「市長協請本局幫忙」；市府發言人林鶴明表示，「確有不妥，邱已自請處分」。
北市府日前才發生政風處主秘林惠琴上班時間將股票訊息將訊息誤傳到「台北市政府輿情網」LINE群組，遭記過處分。沒想到昨天事件重演，兵役局秘書謝清仁將上級交辦事項誤傳群組，內容竟是市長柯文哲要親自幫曾替柯挺過MG149風波的周世恩「喬」替代役。
根據截圖，謝清仁在群組留下「市長室小凱告知，市長協請本局幫忙一事」，並附上周世恩的生日、身分證字號，註明周世恩將於10月7日入伍服一般替代役，「希望協助管制到市府服役」。
林鶴明今天指出，不管小凱（邱昱凱）是幫別人問，還是出於關心，替代役徵選還是依照規定辦理，也非兵役局轄管，為內政部業務，但透過LINE的這個行為有點不適合，已自行跟秘書長蘇麗瓊自行處分，並由各單位下去了解狀況、依規定辦理。1040924
